Rest payment: Yoga Holiday in Spain Juli 28 – August 3

Welcome to Yoga Holiday in Southern Spain!  We rent Molino del Rey - a family-run yoga Resort in the Andalucia nature reserve in southern Spain. The centre has been voted one of the top ten places in the world to have a yoga holiday. Both spring and autumn have a stable warm climate and in the summertime the temperature will be around 30º C.

We offer a luxurious stay with 2 daily (2 hours each) sessions with classical yoga, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. A vegetarian morning and evening buffet is served and you will comfortably live in double, single or king suites. It is also possible to get a massage and there are nice walks in the nature reserve around Molino del Rey. The beautiful caves are found throughout the area and give the place its special atmosphere. Some of them are an integral part of the centre. In the caves, you will find both peaceful meditation rooms and a saltwater pool without chlorine.

Enrolment

Upon registration, a deposit of NOK 2.000 (approx 169 €) is paid. The deposit is not refunded upon cancellation. The balance is paid here (besides what goes to Molino del Rey - see later). If you have booked a double room, please choose to pay 3.300 NOK (approx 278 €). If you have booked a single room, please choose to pay 3.800 NOK (approx 320 €). No registration deadline, but we recommend being out early to guarantee your space. Max 20 participants.

Rates include board, lodging and yoga lessons.

Price in a double room is approx € 1.008* (2.000 NOK in deposit payable upon registration, 3.300 NOK will be invoiced 2 months before stay and 540 € payable to Molino del Rey on arrival).

Price in the Kings Suite is approx € 1.194* (2.000 NOK in deposit payable upon registration, 3.800 NOK will be invoiced 2 months before stay and 600 € payable to Molino del Rey on arrival). The Kings suite has a double bed and is best suited for a couple or friends who know each other well. It has a beautiful glass porch/conservatory and satellite TV / DVD. Write if you want the suite in the comment field / and the name of the person you are sharing with.

Price in a single room is approx € 1.314* (2.000 NOK in deposit payable upon registration, 3.800 NOK billed 2 months before stay and 720 € paid to Molino del Rey on arrival). There are only two single rooms, upon registration please write in the comments field if you want a single room.

The price does not include travel and transportation. Massage, treatments, extra drinks (such as soft drinks/wine) and sauna are also not included.

How to get to Molino del Rey

Fly to Malaga airport. About an hour’s drive from the airport is the Molino del Rey Resort. It is recommended to rent a car, it is cheaper than taking a taxi and in addition, you have the opportunity to explore the area. If you are out in good time by booking an airline ticket and also sharing a car with some of the other participants, the transport costs can be about 200 €.
