This Long weekend retreat start Thursday evening at 6.30 pm., and end Sunday at 1 pm. Intensive teaching with Asana (yoga exercises), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation. The retreat unfolds in tranquilising surroundings near the sea with vegetarian food and sauna. The course fee includes teaching, board (vegetarian food) & lodging. Teachers: Bjarke and Audhild.
