Yoga Positions

Yoga DVD

Everyone has done it.  You buy a Yoga DVD planning on using it to supplement your workout routine, but instead it gathers dust sitting on top of your television in the movie rack.  It can’t help you there of course and the money you spent on it is going to waste.  When you buy a yoga DVD you should consider these bad choices careful and consider this purchase with the same care as you would when buying any other piece of workout equipment.

Ask yourself why the unused yoga DVD didn’t work out for you.  Was it too hard? Was it too much of a beginner class for you causing an unexpected nap while doing the Downward-Facing-Dog position? Did you find out after buying the yoga DVD that you’d need equipment you don’t have or perhaps the positions were impossible to do in the space you have for working out?

Consider these questions while looking over some possible replacements, which might actually spend more time playing on your television than laying on it next to the blockbuster movies you’ve already seen.
